Refund & Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for products that arrive with manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or do not match your expectations in style and size. To qualify for this service, please keep the products brand new and unused, with all original packaging, labels, protective films and complete accessories intact. The goods should have no scratches, stains, dents or other visible damage, and remain in fully resalable condition. You may submit your return or exchange request freely within the regulated time frame after receiving your parcel. Application Period: 14 calendar days after goods receipt

For the sake of fair service to all customers, we are unable to offer return or exchange for the following situations. Items that have been opened and used normally, or have worn marks and dirt cannot be returned. Products with damaged, lost or altered original packaging, as well as goods damaged by improper operation, accidental collision or personal modification will not be supported for return. In addition, clearance discounted goods, products with missing parts and accessories, and items returned simply due to personal preference will not be eligible for return or exchange. For each individual order, the first time you apply for return or exchange, all related shipping fees will be covered by us, so you do not need to pay any delivery cost. If you need to apply for additional returns or exchanges for the same order afterwards, we will carefully review your request combined with the actual situation and the reason for application, and confirm the corresponding shipping arrangement case by case. Once we receive your returned package, our team will carry out a careful inspection to check the product condition, packaging and accessories. After confirming that your return fully complies with our regulations, we will approve your refund request promptly. The full payment will be sent back through your original payment channel. Generally speaking, the funds will arrive in your account within 3 to 7 working days after approval.
