Guidelines for order delivery, logistics and parcel service

Delivery Address
Please fill in your complete and accurate delivery address, including house number, street name and postcode. Correct information ensures smooth delivery and avoids unnecessary delays or issues during parcel distribution. We will follow the address you provided to arrange delivery for your order.
Address rules take effect permanently
Order Processing & Collection
After you complete your order, our team will check product stock and arrange packing work as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days will be processed within 24 hours. For orders submitted on weekends or public holidays, processing will be resumed on the next working day. Once finished packing, parcels will be handed over to our partnered logistics provider for collection without unnecessary delay.

Estimated Delivery Time
After the parcel is collected by logistics partners, the standard delivery period is 2 to 5 working days. Please kindly understand that the delivery period is an estimated time, which may be slightly affected by traffic conditions or daily parcel volume. We will keep tracking the logistics status for every order.

Shipping Fee Rules
All valid orders placed on our website can enjoy complimentary standard delivery service, and you do not need to pay any basic delivery charge. This free delivery policy applies to all regular products within our business range. If you need to apply for expedited delivery or other special logistics services, relevant extra charges will be notified to you separately for confirmation before arrangement.

We use sturdy outer cartons together with protective fillers to prevent scratches, collision damage or deformation during transportation. Each product will be kept with its original packaging intact. Shipment Tracking
After the parcel is collected by logistics staff, we will send the relevant tracking information to you. You can check the real-time location and delivery progress of your parcel through the provided tracking details. If you fail to receive tracking messages, feel free to contact us via official email, and our team will resend the information to you promptly.

Delivery Exceptions Handling
If the courier cannot complete delivery due to incorrect address, missing contact information or no one available to receive the parcel, the logistics team will leave a notification. You can follow the notice to arrange redelivery or parcel pickup. Multiple failed delivery attempts may lead to the parcel being returned, and we will communicate with you to work out a proper solution together.

We will fully cooperate with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery, but we cannot take direct responsibility for delays, loss or damage caused by uncontrollable factors. This includes extreme weather, road closures, public events and other force majeure situations. We are not liable for problems caused by wrong information provided by customers. We will actively assist you to solve problems once abnormal situations occur.
